Role Description As the Owner of Excel Tricks, you will oversee the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the brand. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves planning and creating Excel-related learning content, managing publishing schedules, and ensuring quality and consistency across tutorials and resources. You will track user engagement and feedback, refine offerings based on audience needs, and explore partnerships or collaborations to expand reach. The role also includes managing budgets, supervising any team members or contractors, and handling basic marketing, community interaction, and platform improvements to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, data analysis, and visualization.
- Experience creating instructional or educational content, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and basic financial oversight.
- Marketing and audience-growth capabilities, such as content promotion, social media engagement, and community building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on user experience.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in education, training, or digital content businesses is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
