Role Description The Owner at Amigas da Corte oversees all aspects of business operations and strategic direction in an on-site, full-time capacity based in South Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing staff, supervising customer service and client relations, and ensuring smooth store operations and inventory control. The role involves planning and executing marketing and promotional activities, developing partnerships, and maintaining brand standards. The Owner monitors financial performance, manages budgets, and coordinates with vendors and service providers. This position also requires setting operational policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and continuously improving the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong business management, leadership, and decision-making skills to oversee daily operations and guide the team effectively.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, basic accounting, and performance tracking to ensure sustainable growth.
- Proficiency in customer service, client communication, and relationship-building to maintain a loyal customer base.
- Experience with marketing, brand development, and local outreach to attract and retain clients in South Delhi.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site full time, with flexibility for extended hours as needed in a business environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, point-of-sale or management software); familiarity with social media promotion is an advantage.
- Previous experience owning, managing, or supervising a retail, service, or hospitality business is preferred.
