Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Durgapur for an Owner at AlfAccurate Advisors. The Owner will oversee the firm's operations, manage investment strategies, and ensure alignment with company objectives and client expectations. Key responsibilities include supervising portfolio management, fostering client relationships, ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, and driving the firm's growth. The Owner will also lead a team to implement financial strategies, improve market research capabilities, and maintain AAA's commitment to delivering consistent, high-performing investment advice.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams towards company objectives.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in financial markets, investment strategies, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial data interpretation and market research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and representing the firm.
- Comprehensive understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance standards; prior experience in the investment advisory domain is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of driving strategic growth in a competitive financial environment.
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field; CFA or equivalent certifications are a strong plus.
