Role Description The Owner role at Ajlon Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for providing overall strategic direction, overseeing business development, and guiding the company’s technology and innovation roadmap. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key client relationships, reviewing and approving major projects and investments, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. The Owner will collaborate with leadership teams to set performance goals, monitor financial health, and maintain a strong company culture that supports ethical practices and professional growth. The role also involves representing the organization in industry forums, identifying new market opportunities, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technology leadership, entrepreneurship, or running a technology-focused business, preferably in SMAC, IoT, or Big Data domains.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and financial management skills, with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, build inclusive workplaces, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with enterprise clients and partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with emerging technology trends, digital transformation practices, and innovation frameworks.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and commit to a full-time leadership role.
