Business Analyst📍 Location: France (On-site / Hybrid / Remote options available)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and improve business processes. This role is ideal for candidates who can translate data into insights and work closely with stakeholders to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency
- Translate business needs into actionable insights and solutions
- Assist in project delivery and business strategy initiatives
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- English required; French is a plus
