Software Tester (1-2 years of Experience)

Key Responsibilities Review and analyze system specifications for EdTech platforms and applications. Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality and seamless learning experiences. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, instructional designers, and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues. Perform regression testing and verify fixes to maintain platform stability. Maintain test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports tailored to EdTech solutions. Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and product usability in the education technology domain. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation), preferably in the EdTech industry. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle. Ability to test learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, or digital assessment tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in education-focused projects.
