Responsibilities
1. Customer Development and Maintenance:
Responsible for expanding overseas markets, finding and developing new customers, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
2. Order Process Management:
Handling inquiries, quotations, contract signing, and order execution to ensure timely order delivery.
Responsible for purchasing order preparation, supplier communication, logistics arrangements, and delivery tracking.
3. Market Analysis and Strategy Formulation:
Researching target market trends and competitor activities, and proposing sales strategy suggestions.
Optimizing product promotion plans to enhance market competitiveness.
4. Team Collaboration and Reporting:
Participating in international exhibitions, expanding overseas markets, and reporting business progress to management.
Assisting superiors in optimizing workflows and completing other related tasks.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in international trade, English, business, electrical electronics, or related fields.
2. Proficient in English, able to write emails and contracts, and conduct business negotiations. Proficiency in less commonly spoken languages (such as Russian or French) is a plus for some positions.
3. Extensive experience in B2B customer development, market expansion, and business development; preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in overseas industries such as new energy and energy storage.
4. Possess a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, a pioneering attitude, and a strong motivation for achievement.
5. Be able to work long-term in India, the Middle East, Germany, Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Hungary) and other regions with frequent business trips, and rotate between overseas working sites and Shijiazhuang, China.
