Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Overseas Sales Manager, based on-site at our Kochi location. The role involves overseeing international business development and managing sales operations, identifying and expanding client networks, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with students, healthcare professionals, and organizations globally. Day-to-day tasks include market research, strategic planning for international growth, team management, and ensuring seamless client communications. The ideal candidate will also support the development of marketing initiatives to drive leads and conversions for overseas programs and placements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of international education, healthcare migration, and global placement processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and strategize business growth effectively
- Experience in team leadership and coordination
- Proficiency in strategic planning and use of CRM tools is an advantage
- Flexibility to multitask and adapt to dynamic client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree would be a plus
