About the Role
The Overseas Recruitment Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our international talent acquisition efforts. This position involves strategizing and executing recruitment plans to attract and retain top candidates from various global markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for overseas markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with international partners and agencies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for overseas positions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on international hiring.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of global recruitment trends and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Knowledge of cultural differences and their impact on recruitment.
Pay range and compensation package
The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
