🚀 Seeking Overseas Operating Partners (OOPs) – India

(Revenue Sharing | Strategic Leadership | Academic Role)

Our Client, a Premier Online Institute in Genetics, founded in April 2022 and based in California, is expanding its global operations and is seeking 3 Overseas Operating Partners (OOPs) in India.

We are looking for senior professionals with domain expertise in:

🔹 Artificial Intelligence (AI)

🔹 Genetics / Genomics

🔹 Neurology / Neurosciences

🔹 About the Opportunity

This is not a job — it is a strategic operating partnership with academic leadership.

Selected individuals will:

• Lead India operations as Operating Partners (OOPs)

• Serve on the Board of Advisors (BoA)

• Be appointed as Honorary Adjunct Faculty

• Work closely with the Founder Director

🔹 Dual Role Commitment

As part of this unique structure, OOPs will:

1. Operational & Strategic Role

• Drive admissions, marketing, and enrollment strategies

• Oversee day-to-day operations in India

• Build partnerships and outreach channels

• Ensure successful execution of cohort-based programs

2. Academic Contribution (Honorary)

• Deliver 1 hour/week live session in their domain of expertise

• Mentor students and contribute to academic enrichment

• Support curriculum relevance with industry insights

🔹 Institutional Vision

The Institute is being structured as a non-profit organization focused on advancing education and research in genetics and neurogenomics.

The Board of Advisors (BoA) will:

• Provide governance and oversight

• Guide academic quality and innovation

• Support long-term growth and global positioning

🔹 Compensation Model

• Revenue-sharing partnership (performance-based)

• No fixed salary

• Long-term upside linked to program scale and success

🔹 Ideal Profile

• 10+ years experience in AI / Genetics / Neurology

• Strong leadership and execution capability

• Experience in EdTech / Healthcare / Biotech preferred

• Willingness to contribute academically (1 hr/week teaching)

• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term vision
