Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, focused on overseas network development for Logenix International. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding international logistics partners and service providers to expand and strengthen Logenix’s global network. The specialist will maintain ongoing provider relationships, negotiate service terms, and ensure partners meet operational, compliance, and performance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and route analysis, monitoring partner performance, gathering and interpreting data to inform network decisions, and supporting proposals and bids with accurate network information. The role also requires regular communication with internal teams and overseas partners, coordinating solutions for complex shipments, and supporting the sales and business development teams with network insights to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Network Development skills, including identifying, evaluating, and managing overseas logistics partners.
- Candidates should possess effective Provider Relations capabilities, such as relationship management, contract coordination, and performance oversight with international service providers.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, market research, and route or cost analysis to support network decisions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with global partners and cross-functional internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales-oriented abilities, including supporting business development efforts, contributing to proposals, and aligning network strategy with commercial goals.
- Relevant experience in international logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding, especially in developing or high-risk regions, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment are desirable.
- Knowing foreign language is preferable.
- Candidate should be flexible for travel to meet domestic and international customers.
