Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Overseas Educational Counselor based in Bengaluru. The counselor will assist students in identifying suitable education and career opportunities in Germany through personalized guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assessing students' academic goals, providing accurate program and visa information, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth admissions and visa application processes. Additionally, the counselor will address queries, support students throughout their journey, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Skills in Career Counseling and Education guidance
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and mentor students towards achieving their academic and career aspirations
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing application processes
- Proficiency in German language or experience with the German education system is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's is preferred)
