Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Overseas Education Destination Counselor located in Chennai. Responsibilities include providing personalized academic and career counseling, guiding students through selecting suitable international education programs and universities, assisting with application and admission processes, and offering support with visa applications and pre-departure preparations. The counselor will work closely with students and families to ensure a seamless transition to studying abroad.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Experience in Career Counseling and providing tailored academic guidance
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with students and families effectively
- Understanding of the global education system and overseas education programs
- Ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and work in a professional environment
- Knowledge of visa and documentation procedures is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; additional certifications in counseling are a plus
