About the Role:
YESTE is looking for a passionate and results-driven Overseas Education Counsellor to guide aspiring students in achieving their international education goals. The ideal candidate will provide expert counselling, build strong client relationships, and support students throughout their study abroad
journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel students on overseas education opportunities and suitable study destinations.
* Assess academic profiles and recommend appropriate universities and courses.
* Guide students through admissions, application procedures, and visa requirements.
* Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful enrollments.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
* Stay updated on international education trends, university policies, and immigration regulations.
* Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
* 2+ years of experience in overseas education counselling
* Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong knowledge of Australia, Canada, the UK, New Zealand, Europe, or other study destinations is an advantage.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding student support.
