Experience
- Minimum 2+ years in Overseas Education Counselling.
Education
- Any Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate Degree.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Good understanding of the UK & Ireland admissions process.
- Knowledge of UK & Ireland student visa documentation and procedures.
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with enquiries and leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding study opportunities in the UK & Ireland.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Collect, verify, and manage all required student documents for applications.
- Guide students through the application process and assist with SOPs, LORs, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Maintain accurate student records and update all interactions in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups at every stage of the admission and visa process.
- Meet individual admission and conversion targets.
