Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Overseas Education Counselor (Europe Specialist) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience guiding students through the entire European university application lifecycle, with a specific, deep expertise in the entry requirements and admission processes of German Public Universities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, end-to-end guidance to students and parents regarding higher education opportunities across Europe (primarily Germany, Ireland, France and Italy) and Other European Countries.
- Evaluate student profiles thoroughly to provide accurate guidance on eligibility criteria, admission tests, APS certificates, ECTS credit matching, and specific requirements for tuition-free German Public Universities.
- Supervise the compilation and review of essential application documents including Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), resumes, and language proficiency requirements.
- Inform and guide students seamlessly through the visa application process, block accounts (for Germany), financial documentation, and pre-departure briefings.
- Effectively engage with incoming leads, follow up systematically, and convert prospective enquiries into successful registrations and enrollments.
- Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with students, parents, and partner institution representatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of core experience as an Overseas Education Counselor specializing in European destinations.
Domain Knowledge: Specialized, proven expertise in handling applications for German Public Universities is mandatory.
Educational Background: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to influence, counsel, and instill confidence in students.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking.
Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
