Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Overseas Admissions Counselor based in Kochi. The Overseas Admissions Counselor will assist students with the admissions process, providing expert guidance on selecting universities, courses, and scholarship opportunities. Responsibilities include counseling students, handling inquiries, building strong relationships with universities and stakeholders, and driving student enrollment through proactive engagement and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Exceptional skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication to connect effectively with students and stakeholders.
- Strong Customer Service and relationship management abilities to provide a supportive and welcoming experience for potential students.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques related to student recruitment and the ability to meet enrollment targets.
- Experience in the Education sector, with knowledge of international admissions processes and study abroad opportunities.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field, are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in speaking multiple languages is a plus.
