Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Admission Counselor located in Gurugram. In this role, you will guide students through the admission and visa process, assist in selecting universities based on their preferences and qualifications, and provide tailored advice to meet individual student needs. You will also maintain communication with students and their families, address inquiries, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with international educational institutions and supporting sales and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service practices and the ability to build relationships with students and families
- Experience or proven ability in Sales, including guiding clients towards solutions tailored to their goals
- Understanding of the Education field and international admission processes
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in overseas education counseling or a related domain is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
