Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Overman role based in Singrauli. The Overman will be responsible for ensuring daily oversight and operations of mining activities, assisting with mine planning, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Responsibilities also include coordinating with teams to monitor processes, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and contributing to operational planning and budgeting to optimize productivity and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Mine Planning and Mining Engineering
- Expertise in Mine Safety practices and ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Familiarity with Budgeting and understanding of operational financial planning
- Basic understanding of Geology and its relevance to mining operations
- Excellent organizational and team coordination skills
- Valid Overman’s certificate as per regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in relevant mining software and tools
- Previous experience in mining operations or infrastructure projects is an advantage
