Claims Consultant

Claims Consultant As a Claims Consultant, you'll be responsible for handling and resolving customer claims efficiently, professionally and with care. You'll need excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to help people. Major Responsibilities: • Assess claim details and supporting documentation to determine appropriate actions • Communicate with customers, service providers and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates • Proactively manage the entire claims process to ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution • Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues in the claims process • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements • Provide exceptional customer service at all times Requirements: • Matric/Grade 12 qualification • Relevant experience in a customer service or claims-related role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications • A valid South African driver's license
