The Client

A UK-based development company specializing in custom software, CRM automation, and workflow optimization. We currently work closely with one major client using Zoho CRM and are looking to bring on a Zoho-savvy team member to help us deliver faster, smarter, and more scalable solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves solving problems inside the Zoho ecosystem and wants to grow with a small but ambitious team.

Your Responsibilities

• Customize Zoho CRM (fields, modules, workflows, page layouts)
• Write, edit, and troubleshoot Deluge scripts
• Set up automations, custom functions, and workflow rules
• Assist in maintaining Blueprints, Reports, and Dashboards
• Collaborate with our apprentice and support knowledge sharing
• Work on occasional tasks in Zoho Creator, Flow, Analytics or other Zoho apps
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Zoho CRM
• Comfortable with Deluge scripting and Zoho automation tools
• Good understanding of CRM concepts and workflows
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  
  

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics and APIs
• Previous remote work experience
• Some background in working with international clients
  
  

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 4PM TO 1AM Manila Time
  
  

Location

• Homebased; must be amenable to use own equipment.
