✔ Primary data of SSH, Linux, SQL scripting, Docker, and cloud computing (AI inference/serverless tech).
✔ Familiarity with CRM instruments (Zendesk), ticketing programs, and person/entry administration.
✔ Glorious communication abilities – means to interrupt down tech jargon for non-technical customers.
✔ Sturdy problem-solving mindset and talent to multitask in a high-volume chat atmosphere.
