Job Description

This fully remote role involves reviewing, moderating, and approving social media and Amazon Shoppable video content through Joinbrands. You will collaborate closely with content creators, ensuring each video adheres to platform guidelines while tactfully requesting reciprocal product reviews. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, sensitivity to Joinbrands policies, and strong recall of individual creators to prevent excessive, repetitive collaborations. You will serve as a positive brand representative, guiding creators through feedback and building genuine rapport. A commitment to detail, along with a genuine interest in each creator's goals, is essential for fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

Responsibilities

• Approve and moderate social media videos and Amazon Shoppable content according to Joinbrands standards.
• Follow up with creators to offer feedback, request product reviews (within policy guidelines), and maintain open communication.
• Leave professional, constructive commentary or reviews that enhance relationships without directly soliciting positive feedback.
• Maintain an organized database or system to recall creators by name and profile picture, preventing excessive duplicate partnerships.
• Address individual creator needs with a personal touch, ensuring their concerns or preferences are handled swiftly and respectfully.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a communication-focused role, dealing with multiple marketing or creative partners
• High level of familiarity with social media platforms, Amazon Shoppable content, and relevant policy constraints.
• Demonstrated skill in managing feedback loops and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
• Ability to identify brand-appropriate content quickly and accurately with keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, capable of juggling multiple creator interactions seamlessly.
• Must be willing to work from M to F, 10pm to 7am Manila time
