Key Responsibilities And Tasks

• Daily bank reconciliations.
• Accountants payable processing and management.
• Broker commission calculations.
• Processing of month end reporting activities (Accruals & Prepayments).
• Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Ad hoc tasks to support the broader finance team.
  
  

Key Performance Indicators

• Bank reconciliations completed daily.
• Accountants payable paid on time and accurate.
• On time and accurate finalisation of the month-end reporting results.
• Achievement of other agreed objectives.
  
  

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge

• CA, CPA or other accounting qualification (Essential).
• Oracle NetSuite experience (Desirable).
• Strong excel skills.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and diverse set of task and processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
