Weโre hiring an Outreach Specialist / Backlink Expert for a full time, on site role in Chennai.
This role is focused on building strong backlink acquisition and outreach systems that improve organic authority and search performance for B2B and SaaS brands.
You will be responsible for identifying link building opportunities, prospecting relevant websites and publishers, building relationships, and executing outreach campaigns that secure high quality backlinks. Youโll also track performance, monitor outcomes, and work closely with the SEO team to align outreach efforts with broader growth goals.

- Identify relevant backlink opportunities across niche websites, publishers, communities, and industry platforms
- Build and manage outreach campaigns for guest posting, link insertions, partnerships, and other white hat link building initiatives
- Research competitor backlink profiles and uncover scalable link acquisition opportunities
- Write clear, persuasive outreach emails and follow ups
- Build and maintain relationships with publishers, bloggers, webmasters, and industry contacts
- Evaluate backlink quality, relevance, and authority before acquisition
- Track outreach performance, response rates, placements, and backlink outcomes
- Collaborate with the SEO team to align link building with content and ranking priorities

- 1 to 3 years of experience in link building, outreach, or backlink acquisition
- Strong communication and writing skills, especially for outreach emails and relationship building
- Hands on experience in prospecting, guest posting, publisher outreach, and backlink acquisition
- Good research skills, including identifying relevant opportunities and analyzing competitor backlinks
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and link quality best practices
- Familiarity with SEO tools is a plus
- Proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
