Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for an Outreach Specialist. The Outreach Specialist will oversee community outreach efforts, build and maintain client relationships, and conduct research to identify and engage target audiences. Additional responsibilities include handling customer service tasks, crafting compelling written communications, and effectively representing the company's services to external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, with demonstrated ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages
- Experience in prospect outreach and building strong relationships with target audiences is a plus
- Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
- Research skills to effectively identify opportunities and understand customer needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and tools is an advantage
