Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Outreach Specialist for India location. Your main goal is bring us clients! The Outreach Specialist will engage with various audiences to build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and professional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting research to identify potential clients, bring leads, developing and executing outreach strategies, writing outreach materials, and fostering community engagement. You need to be able to work independently and report on KPI by end of everyday.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Research and Community Outreach to identify opportunities and build client retainers for GeNex marketing.
- Skilled in Writing to craft compelling outreach messages and related content
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with marketing best practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with diverse teams
- Experience in marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not essential
