Role Description The Outreach Marketing Intern is a full-time remote role responsible for helping grow and engage the LYFeX community. In this role, you will support outreach campaigns to prospective users, partners, and communities through email, social media, and live online events. You will conduct research to identify relevant groups and opportunities, assist with drafting outreach messages and marketing content, and help manage responses and follow-ups. Day-to-day work includes coordinating with internal teams on outreach priorities, tracking outreach activities and engagement metrics, and providing feedback on community sentiment and user needs. You will also contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and support other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences clearly and professionally.
- Customer Service and Community Outreach experience or interest, with a focus on building relationships and fostering engagement.
- Research skills to identify relevant communities, partners, and outreach opportunities.
- Writing skills to draft concise, compelling outreach messages, emails, and basic marketing content.
- Interest in conversation-driven or social platforms and a passion for meaningful online interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and stay organized across multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with social media, online communities, or basic marketing tools is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
