About the Role:
Outreach Manager to drive student outreach and enrolment. The role requires exceptional customer service, communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with prospective families while ensuring a seamless admissions experience. The role serves as an ambassador of the school, promoting its values, programs, and community to prospective parents and students.
- Identify and engage coaching centers & tutoring hubs
- Identify tutoring centers, coaching institutes, and test prep centers in service area
- Conduct initial meetings with center heads and owners
- Build relationships with career counsellors and senior faculty
- Provide materials (prospectus, brochures, admission criteria) to partners
- Schedule quarterly relationship touchpoints
- Manage school partners
- Identify and map primary and middle schools
- Meet principals, academic coordinators, and school counsellors
- Present school value proposition to their student batches
- Conduct campus visits
- Activate parent & alumni network
- Engage alumni with school updates and achievement stories
- Enable parent-to-parent word-of-mouth through testimonials
Desired Profile
o Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Boarding School Admissions and Outreach.
o Proven track record of generating quality admissions through school outreach, networking, and relationship building.
o Strong network with feeder admission consultants, and community partners.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to travel for school visits, education fairs, and promotional events.
o Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about the education or EdTech sector.
