Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outreach Manager based in Mumbai. The Outreach Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing outreach strategies, building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, planning and executing community and public relations initiatives, collaborating with internal teams on projects, and supporting the sales department to enhance client engagement. The role involves managing projects effectively to ensure timelines and objectives are met while fostering positive connections with clients, partners, and the community.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and represent the organization professionally
- Experience in Project Management to oversee, coordinate, and execute various initiatives
- A background in Sales and Community Outreach to drive engagement and build partnerships
- Proven ability to develop relationships and achieve goals through collaboration
- Excellent leadership and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in managing on-site responsibilities and working in dynamic environments
- Relevant educational background or certifications in Marketing, Communications, or related fields are a plus
