About the Role
As an Outreach Manager for the MU Undergraduate Program, you will be responsible for driving awareness and interest in the program through strategic outreach initiatives. This role involves building relationships with schools, career counselors, and other stakeholders, as well as designing effective outreach campaigns to ensure that the right students are aware of and engaged with the MU UG program. The ideal candidate will have experience in education outreach, relationship management, and business development, with a strategic mindset to maximize engagement and enrollment conversions.
Responsibilities
- Outreach Strategy & Business Planning
- Develop and execute an annual business plan for outreach efforts, working closely with the Director of Outreach.
- Identify and analyze target markets, including top schools (IB, CBSE, ICSE, international schools) to drive awareness and applications.
- Utilize data-driven insights and regional/national trends to refine outreach strategies for maximum impact.
- Relationship Management & Partnerships
- Build and nurture relationships with school principals, career counselors, and education consultants to create strong partnerships.
- Identify and engage with independent career counselors, educational influencers, and third-party business associates to expand program awareness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to schools and counselors, providing them with detailed information about the MU UG program.
- School & Community Engagement
- Organize and host dedicated awareness sessions at IB, CBSE, and ICSE schools to introduce students and parents to the program.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and information sessions in schools to highlight the benefits of the MU UG program.
- Coordinate panel discussions, webinars, and mentorship sessions with industry leaders and faculty members to engage prospective students.
- Event Management & Student Competitions
- Design, organize, and manage regional and national-level student competitions to engage high-achieving students.
- Ensure active participation from top schools in Masters’ Union events, challenges, and case competitions.
- Develop exclusive on-campus and virtual engagement initiatives for prospective students to experience MU's learning environment firsthand.
- Outreach Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement outreach campaigns targeting high school students, parents, and key stakeholders.
- Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital campaigns, and storytelling content for effective outreach.
- Leverage social media, email marketing, and networking platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track outreach efforts, engagement rates, and enrollment conversions, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, identifying areas for improvement.
- Measure the effectiveness of various outreach strategies and refine approaches accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in school counseling, university outreach, business development, or education sector engagement.
- Prior experience in building partnerships with schools and independent career counselors is a strong plus.

Pay range and compensation package
10-20 LPA on the basis of quality and experience.
