Job Title: Growth & Outreach Manager
About Loopraa
Loopraa is a digital infrastructure for business growth. We build AI products, lead generation systems, and digital growth engines to help businesses acquire, engage, and convert customers.
Role Overview
This is not a typical outreach role.
You’ll be responsible for building and owning the entire outbound pipeline — from starting conversations to closing deals.
No scripts. No hand-holding.
Just execution, ownership, and results.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Start high-quality conversations and convert them into opportunities
- Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline
- Follow up strategically to move leads across stages
- Work on messaging, positioning, and offer testing
- Turn outreach efforts into measurable revenue
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to start conversations from scratch (cold outreach)
- High ownership and execution mindset
- Consistency and persistence
- Understanding of growth, sales, or digital ecosystem is a plus
What This Is NOT
- Not a “send messages and wait” role
- Not a fixed-task internship
- Not for people who need constant guidance
