Job Tittle: Outreach Manager – Admissions
Location: Gujarat
Experience: 6–12 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Post graduate
Preferred: Education / Admissions / Outreach background
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies for UG & PG programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, tutors & coaching centres
- Conduct presentations, workshops, open houses, counsellor meets & education fairs
- Drive the Lead → Application → Admission funnel for the assigned region
- Identify new outreach opportunities and strengthen institutional partnerships
- Plan and manage regional outreach calendars, events, travel and budgets
- Coordinate with Admissions, Marketing, Faculty and other internal stakeholders
- Analyse regional trends and develop strategies to improve applications and enrolments
- Represent the university at relevant external events and professional forums
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
- Experience in education outreach, admissions or a related field preferred
- Strong regional network across schools, colleges and coaching institutes
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
