Outreach Lead (Venture Fund)
We are a venture capital fund actively investing in high-growth companies and working closely with global investors.
We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused operator to manage investor relationships, drive outreach, and keep our fundraising engine running smoothly.
This is our first core hire, and you will work directly with the founder across all investor outreach and fundraising efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who wants high ownership, fast learning, and direct exposure to how a venture fund is built from the ground up.
Compensation
₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per year (based on experience and capability)
Performance-based upside may be included over time

What you’ll do
- Manage and maintain our CRM (investor database, pipeline tracking, follow-ups)
- Execute outbound outreach to investors (email, LinkedIn, and other channels)
- Coordinate and schedule investor meetings and calls
- Track conversations, responses, and next steps across all investor interactions
- Ensure no leads fall through the cracks — strong follow-up discipline is critical
- Support fundraising efforts for:
- The main venture fund
- Individual deal opportunities (co-investments alongside top-tier companies)
- Work closely with the founder to improve messaging, outreach strategy, and conversion rates
Who you are
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — you don’t drop balls
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups (this is not a passive role)
- Strong written communicator (clear, concise, persuasive emails)
- Able to handle multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive and self-driven — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Core requirements
- Proficiency in Excel (data tracking, basic analysis, organization)
- Comfort using Outlook for professional communication and scheduling
- Strong writing ability (you will be drafting investor-facing emails regularly)
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience in sales, business development, or CRM management
- Exposure to startups, venture capital, or finance
- Experience coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders
