Role Description
This is a remote role for an Outreach Intern. The Outreach Intern will be responsible for conducting research to identify prospects, managing communication via email and LinkedIn, assisting with community outreach efforts, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities will include drafting and refining outreach content and maintaining records of correspondence and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to handle client interactions professionally
- Experience or skill in Community Outreach and fostering relationships with stakeholders
- Research skills to identify and analyze potential prospects
- Proficiency in Writing, particularly creating professional and engaging correspondence
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email-based outreach is a plus
