Prayan Foundation is seeking enthusiastic and proactive Outreach Interns to join our remote
team for a 3-month unpaid internship. This is a unique opportunity to build real-world experience
in networking, partnerships, and public engagement while contributing to a growing non-profit
working towards education, hygiene, and environmental transformation.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborations & Partnerships:
• Identify and approach potential collaborators including NGOs, colleges, and social initiatives.
• Establish and manage meaningful partnerships that align with our mission.
• Conduct partnership and competitor analysis to strengthen our outreach strategy.
Speaker Sessions & Workshops:
• Coordinate and organize expert-led speaker sessions and awareness workshops.
• Reach out to industry professionals, social workers, and educators for events.
• Assist in designing event plans and ensuring smooth execution.
Communication & Relationship Building:
• Maintain regular follow-ups and communication with existing collaborators.
• Draft outreach emails, proposals, and session briefs.
• Represent Prayan Foundation in collaborative meetings and external interactions.
Support Campaigns & Drives:
• Promote our on-ground and online drives by connecting with relevant institutions.
• Leverage networks to increase event visibility and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
• Passion for social change, communication, and networking.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Prior experience in outreach, event planning, or community engagement is a plus but not
required.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
