About the Role
Growwzilla is looking for hungry, action-takers as their Outreach Intern who wants real-world experience in client acquisition, sales, and agency growth. This is not a “sit and learn” role... this is where you earn, grow, and prove yourself.
You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, starting conversations, and booking qualified calls.
Compensation
- Commission-based (uncapped earning potential)
- Earn on every closed deal
- High performers can make anywhere from 50,000 INR - 1,00,000 INR within 30–60 days
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to 100–300 prospects daily via LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Start conversations with potential clients (scripts + training provided)
- Qualify leads and book appointments on our calendar
- Track outreach and performance daily
What You’ll Learn

- How agencies generate clients consistently
- How to turn conversations into revenue
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Strong work ethic (this is NOT for lazy people)
- Willing to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Laptop + stable internet
- Can work according to US time zone.
