Role Description
This is a paid on-site Internship role located in Goregaon, Mumbai for an Outreach Intern. The Outreach Intern will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, conducting research to identify partnership opportunities, managing community outreach efforts, and supporting communication initiatives. The role involves assisting with customer service to ensure a seamless experience for entrepreneurs and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills to articulate ideas effectively and interact with stakeholders.
- Experience in community outreach and customer service to build and foster meaningful relationships.
- Solid research skills to identify partnership opportunities and support outreach strategies.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and take initiative on projects.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools is advantageous.
- Previous experience in outreach, customer engagement, or marketing is a plus.
