🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential brand collaboration opportunities aligned with our creators’ content and audience.
- Find and approach brands that are a strong fit for our art-influencers.
- Conduct cold outreach via email and other professional platforms.
- Write compelling, personalized brand pitches in strong professional English.
- Handle end-to-end communication with brands — from initial outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
- Understand brand objectives and ensure collaborations create value for both the brand and the creator.
- Maintain Keep records and track outreach, responses, and deal status.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written English and professional email communication skills.
- Proven experience in cold emailing and business development (preferably in influencer marketing or digital marketing).
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify suitable brand matches.
- Ability to understand creator content style and match it with relevant brand products/services.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage conversations independently and close deals.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
🔥 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in influencer marketing / talent management / brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok,Instagram and YouTube, etc).
- Knows how to identify win-win collaborations.
- Confident communicator who can represent the agency professionally.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on securing relevent brand deals to creator.
