Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outreach Associate located in Delhi, India. The Outreach Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, strategizing and executing community outreach programs, delivering presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. They will collaborate with the team to identify potential outreach opportunities, plan initiatives, and ensure successful implementation of outreach goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Proficiency in community outreach strategies and customer service excellence.
- Proactive attitude and organizational skills to successfully manage outreach activities and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in outreach, community engagement, database creation or public relations is an asset.
