Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan and schedule regular social media posts including updates, event announcements, reels, and student engagement content in coordination with the marketing team.
- Coordinate with designers and internal teams to develop social media creatives and promotional content.
- Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms and ensure timely responses and engagement.
- Support outreach initiatives by building and maintaining relationships with schools, counsellors, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate school visits, presentations, and student engagement activities to promote the organization’s programs and initiatives.
- Maintain and update databases of partner schools, counsellors, and institutional contacts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of workshops, competitions, seminars, university fairs, and other student engagement events.
- Manage event logistics including venue coordination, registrations, attendee communication, and on-ground execution support.
- Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, and external partners to ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage vendor coordination for events and marketing activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of required materials and services.
- Support promotional activities for programs and events through outreach channels and social media.
- Assist with lead management and follow-ups from outreach activities and events where required.
- Maintain records and documentation related to outreach activities, social media calendars, and event coordination.
- Work closely with the marketing and outreach teams to support partnerships, engagement initiatives, and brand visibility.
