Work Location: Agartala & Itanagar (Onsite 2 Vacancies)
Role Overview:
The Outreach Admissions Manager will be responsible for driving student recruitment initiatives across Itanagar and nearby regions. The role requires strategic field outreach, institutional relationship building, school engagement, event management, and lead-to-enrollment conversion management to achieve admission targets.
This is a revenue-focused, target-driven role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and territory management skills.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in Admissions, Outreach, Field Sales, or Education Marketing
- Proven track record of achieving targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Territory management & institutional networking
- CRM handling & pipeline management
- Negotiation and relationship-building capability
- Ability to work independently in a field-driven role
Preferred Background:
- Experience in university admissions or EdTech
- Existing network in Tripura’s education ecosystem
- Experience handling UG/PG recruitment
