Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outlet Manager at our Hyderabad location. The Outlet Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing team performance, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring quality control, monitoring inventory, handling customer concerns, and driving sales growth. The role also involves training team members and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to create outstanding guest experiences
- Strong People Management abilities and team leadership experience
- Effective Communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate both team members and customers
- Proficiency in Inventory Management to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle on-site operations effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in the food & beverage, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
