To support the Outlet Manager in the daily operations of the bakery outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, team management, and achievement of sales and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day functioning of the outlet.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper display of products.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with the inventory/supply team.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints efficiently.
- Train team members to greet customers and handle queries politely and professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure prompt corrective action.
- Supervise counter sales staff, packers, and housekeeping staff.
- Ensure staff follow grooming, punctuality, and discipline standards.
- Plan staff duty rosters and leave schedules in coordination with the Outlet Manager.
- Drive daily/weekly sales targets set by the management.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling among team members.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and coordinate with the central team.
- Supervise billing operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling.
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of cash and card transactions.
- Report any discrepancies to the Outlet Manager immediately.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, food safety norms, and statutory requirements
- Prepare and submit daily sales and operations reports.
- Assist in internal audits and stock verification.
