Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Outlet Manager role based in Trivandrum. The Outlet Manager will oversee daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring impeccable customer service and driving guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising and managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, implementing service standards, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves fostering a welcoming environment for both guests and employees while optimizing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Effective People Management and Communication skills to lead and engage team members efficiently.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management for monitoring stock levels and ensuring optimal product availability.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide teams toward achieving business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
