Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Outlet Manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining a pleasant dining environment. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring the outlet meets quality and cleanliness standards, addressing customer needs, and providing training and guidance to the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The Outlet Manager will also work on fostering a positive team environment and maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive dining experience
- Strong People Management and Communication skills for effective team leadership and coordination
- Experience with Inventory Management to ensure stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanor
- Organizational and time-management skills to ensure smooth operations
- Previous experience in a food & beverage or restaurant management role is highly desirable
