Founding Full Stack Intern

Our goal is to help businesses grow by enabling them to book more meetings with their customers. We have a few paying customers and are mentored by top startup founders as we build a high-growth, lean tech team in Bangalore. **About the founder:** Our founder, [Tushar Singla](https://www.linkedin.com/in/singla-tushar/), is an IIT Kharagpur alum, who has led business teams at SaaS startups and was a founding member in the 0-$1Mn journey of a Sequoia funded AI startup. He has won top innovation competitions for his earlier startup [eSaathi](https://www.business-standard.com/content/press-releases-ani/software-start-up-created-by-iit-kharagpur-students-gets-funded-at-india-innovation-championship-hosted-by-chitkara-university-121050600781_1.html). Additionally, he was a full stack developer at Cisco and did cutting-edge AI research at NUS in Singapore. **Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:** 1. Understand requirements based on wireframes/screenshots for the web app. Should be able to design on Figma/using AI tools, whenever needed. 2. Work on front-end development using **ReactJS/NextJS and Typescript** to create interactive and user-friendly interfaces, heavily utilizing v0/lovable to develop screens quickly. 3. Use **Node.js (Express + Typescript)** to build scalable and efficient backend systems, deploying the app on server (AWS/VPS on Digital Ocean). Must be proficient in cron jobs, scheduling etc. 4. Manage and optimize MongoDB databases (or MySQL). Familiarity with Docker containers, reverse proxies, RabbitMQ, load balancers etc. 5. Utilize your expertise to choose the right tech stack, as there will be significant work with LinkedIn clients and automation research needed (cookies, APIs, proxies, scraping, mimicking, Selenium/Pupeeteer etc.) 6. Good with prompting, integrating 3rd party AI APIs, RAG and building AI-native tools. 7. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and reliable software. **Notes:** - You will be working **independently** on the project **with the founder**; therefore, you must be able to identify problems and resolve them on your own. - We already have a working version of the product with a few customers. - At the end of the 6-month internship, there is potential for a **lucrative PPO.** **Who you are:** 1. Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or B.Tech. 2. Can start within the next 7-10 days, **in-office at Koramangala, Bangalore** (we strongly prefer in-office work for speed and collaboration). 3. Passionate about startups, building products from scratch, and willing to go the extra mile. 4. Comfortable across back-end and front-end development using Node.js, JavaScript, React, automation, hosting, and similar technologies. 5. Have prior experience building full-stack web apps and can showcase your work. 6.
