- Managing a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Providing exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Understand company set KPI's: You should clearly understand the company's set KPI's and be able to identify strategies when performance standards are not met.
- Review reports on sales performance and market trends
- Setting goals, tracking progress, and holding sales representatives accountable for meeting objectives
- Partner with Sr SM to create sales strategies to achieve targets/goals.
- Actively seek out opportunities to attend and/or initiate events outside the four walls of our stores to showcase the brand and help build our San Diego community
- Always communicate clearly and effectively with retail business partners, sharing the state of the business, updates on their team, ideas for consideration, opportunities, and successes.
- Mentoring and coaching sales representatives to improve their performance and help them achieve their goals
