Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for an Outdoor Education Instructor. Responsibilities include planning and delivering outdoor educational experiences, facilitating interactive learning sessions, and providing guided instruction in adventure and nature-based activities. The role involves designing impactful lessons, managing group dynamics, and ensuring participant engagement and safety throughout the programs. Regular collaboration with the team to develop innovative program ideas is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Training Facilitation and Facilitation to effectively guide diverse participant groups.
- Strong skills in Instructional Design and Training to create and deliver engaging educational content.
- Exceptional Organization Skills to manage program logistics and ensure smooth execution.
- Passion for outdoor education and experience working in adventure or nature-based settings is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic on-site settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- First-aid certification and familiarity with safety protocols in outdoor environments are desirable.
