We're looking for a Product Management Associate Intern to help shape the future of SaaS products at Outbox. In this role, you'll tackle real-world problems, support our users, and directly contribute to building intuitive, cost-efficient products. What You'll Do Support & User Satisfaction: Engage with users to understand their needs, answer queries, and ensure their satisfaction with our products. Provide timely and empathetic support to foster positive relationships. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and develop features that solve user pain points. Focus on creating an intuitive and user-friendly product experience. Customer Advocacy: Act as a champion for users within the organization. Gather feedback, identify opportunities for product improvements, and ensure the product meets user expectations. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user behavior and feedback to derive actionable insights that drive product decisions. Use data to optimize features and enhance the user experience.
